For In-Person Programming

**TTSP COVID policies are subject to change with little to no advanced notice.

On-Site Programming Off-Site Programming Rental of TTSP Facilities (occasional use)
Vaccinations All onsite TTSP staff and faculty are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with an initial series of vaccinations and any recommended boosters to remain up-to-date. Students enrolled in year-long, onsite programming must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination in advance of attending school on-site. Vaccination requirements for other onsite programming will be determined on a case-by-case basis. TTSP does not accept non-medical exemptions from our vaccination policy. TTSP offsite programming should follow the offsite facilities’ guidance regarding vaccination requirements. Occasional use tenants may use their discretion regarding vaccination requirements.
Masks Masks will be optional, but not required, unless Ramsey, Hennepin, or Dakota counties move to a CDC Community Level of “High.” We will notify families and learners of our current masking policy if/when it changes. Bullying or harassment of any kind for wearing or not wearing a mask will not be tolerated in any TTSP programming. Offsite programming must follow outside facilities’ protocols in addition to TTSP protocols. The COVID protocols with the highest level of caution should be followed by TTSP staff and learners in this case. If no TTSP staff or learners are onsite, the occasional use tenant may use its discretion regarding mask requirements. If TTSP staff or learners are onsite, occasional use tenants must adhere to TTSP COVID protocols.
Shared classes/activities Shared classes/activities may take place. Different groups of TTSP learners may use our facilities simultaneously as appropriate. Community events and special programming will resume onsite as appropriate, and all onsite programming COVID protocols will apply. Offsite programming must follow outside facilities’ protocols in addition to TTSP protocols. The COVID protocols with the highest level of caution should be followed by TTSP staff and learners in this case. If no TTSP staff or learners are onsite, the occasional use tenant may use its discretion regarding whether to hold shared classes/activities. If TTSP staff or learners are onsite, occasional use tenants must adhere to TTSP COVID protocols.
Building Access The TTSP main entrance (Door 1 off of the parking lot) will be used for pickup, dropoff, and as the entrance for all onsite programming. Non-essential people are allowed in the building for classes, meetings, programs, prospective student tours, etc. If Ramsey, Hennepin, or Dakota counties move to a CDC Community Level of “High,” non-essential people will be required to wear a properly-fitted mask while onsite.
