In this series we explore our current crisis in civil dialogue in light of biblical and rabbinic sources on democratic institutions, moral principles, and building and sustaining social bonds. We begin with the biblical Korah narrative, and then turn to later Jewish sources on conflict, kavod (respect), and belonging. Our intention is to deepen our understanding of forms of conflict, personal and social, and resources for meeting the challenges they present.
Cost: $40 for the series for JCC members and Hineni supporters; $60 for the series for others.
Registration: Online registration is available on stpauljcc.org. Hineni Supporters who are not JCC members and want to receive the member discount need to call the JCC and register by phone or in person.
Co-sponsored by the St. Paul JCC.
