Time: Saturday mornings, 9:15-9:45 AM (Drop in). First and third Saturdays of the month.
Mindfulness meditation is a practice that can support and sustain our Jewish lives and the fulfillment of our Jewish values. This practice helps to make our minds more spacious, perceptive, and free.
Each session will include a short teaching followed by a sitting period. No experience is necessary.
