Practical Teshuvah – Clear Guidance for True Reconciliation

Date: Thursday, September 6, 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Location: By the Rivers, 690 Cleveland Ave S, St. Paul

Instructor: Pam Winthrop Lauer

Few of us understand the incredible power of teshuvah, but our tradition's gift is genius: it can revive connections and heal shame, bringing us to self-understanding and mutual compassion. In this class we will learn practical tools to find empathy for ourselves and others so that we can do heshbon ha-nefesh (accounting of the soul) and make apologies that ring true and bring healing.

Cost: $25
